How To Increase Blog Traffic Quickly & Continuously | The 3 Step Guide

There is one thing that all bloggers can’t get enough of, traffic. There isn’t a much better feeling than getting new traffic and rankings, right?

That’s why in this article we are going to take a look at how to increase blog traffic quickly. The strategies in this article are quite general, so they will work for whatever type of blog you have.

But, it is important that you follow the steps closely, otherwise you’re not going to see any results with the methods covered.

How To Increase Blog Traffic Quickly & Continuously

To increase our blog traffic, we have to take 3 simple steps.

  1. Fix our site’s problems
  2. Improve existing keywords
  3. Ranking For New Keywords

And, that’s all we’re going to do. We’re going to fix any problems that are stopping us rank or damaging our search performance and then we’ll give Google what they want.

Before I walk you through the entire process, you are going to need a tool to help you. I recommend SEMrush for this, as it has all the features that we need for this.

The reason why I recommend SEMrush is because it’s the perfect all-in-one SEO software for bloggers, meaning it is the only tool you will need. Plus, it constantly helps you increase your traffic, so it pretty much pays for itself.

If you haven’t got a SEMrush account yet, you can use my exclusive link to get a free 14-day trial, instead of a 7-day trial.

1. Fix Problems With Your Site

The first step to increasing your blog traffic quickly is fixing any problems with your site, as these are holding you back. If you don’t do this first, then the next steps will not work as well or could even be useless.

You may also think that your site is all good, but it’s still better to first audit your site as sometimes the problems can be quite hard to spot.

The two audits you need are:

Luckily, you can actually get both of these for free in your SEMrush account.

Technical SEO Audit

How to increase blog traffic quickly with SEMrush

If you would like to get a free technical SEO audit of your site, head over to “projects” and add your website URL.

Go through the quick setup if you haven’t already and once you are done, SEMrush will give you an Audit of your overall site health.

The main errors to look for are things like broken link errors, duplicate content, thin pages (unless it’s for a reason), and all this type of stuff. SEMrush tells you everything that could potentially be wrong with your site, so some things aren’t that important.

For example, you’ll get errors saying that the title tag text is too long which I don’t think will affect your rankings, as long as it still looks good so that you get a good CTR.  SEMrush will tell you how important each one is, but do use your common sense as well.

It may take a little time, but you want to go through and fix all the big errors. I must admit, I don’t really like technical SEO myself, I do the bare minimum and always aim for 85+% site health.

The main things that you want to fix are the errors that could actually stop you from ranking like:

  • broken links
  • duplicate content
  • thin content
  • Site speed
  • SSL certificate
  • Crawlability issues

If you fix these, you should be good to go.

Backlink Audit

The second step that you want to take before moving on is getting a backlink audit.

Backlink audits will help you identify toxic links which may be harming your rankings, or risk your site getting penalized. At the top of your SEMrush dashboard, select the SEO toolkit and then you will see it under backlinks.

Run the audit and take a look at the links SEMrush suggests are toxic. SEO isn’t just maths, so take these as warnings that you need to double-check. Sometimes, SEMrush will tell you that certain links could be toxic, but they could be fine.

Again, you have to use your common sense and not blindly follow the recommendations. For example, I used to have two sites and as I was the owner of both of them, I had one in the footer of the other which SEMrush flagged as potentially harmful because this is often where hacked links are placed.

As links will usually increase your rankings, removing the wrong links can decrease your rankings, so be careful. If links blatantly look like spam or they look like you’ve done suspicious link-building, then you can disavow them.

But, always double-check before doing so.

2. Improving Existing Keywords

Once you have removed all the issues from your site, you can start to take a look at how you can increase your rankings.

The fastest way to do this is by taking a look at the keywords that are already ranking, as Google already likes your pages for those keywords. Our process for this is also quite simple, we’ll look for keywords that are on pages 2-3 and take a look at why the higher positions are ranking above us.

Like many SEO campaigns & methods, there are only 3 steps to this as well.

  1. Find the keywords
  2. Analyze them
  3. Execute

Again, it’s nothing complicated, we’re simply going to identify what needs to be done for us to increase our positions.

Step 1: Find The Keywords That Are Worth It

Before you can improve your pages for keywords that are already ranking, you need to get all the keywords.

To do this, go to domain analytics and type in your URL. Then scroll down to the keywords and filter all results between positions 2-20, you can go higher as well if the keywords will bring in revenue by increasing their positions.

But, as you probably know, the more you have to increase, the harder of a task it is.

Choose a few that matter the most to you i.e have the best potential for revenue if they were on page 1.

Step 2: Analyze

Once you have got keywords that fit the criteria above, you’ll need to find out what the results on page 1 are doing.

For this, compare your:

  • Content
  • External backlinks
  • Internal links

Try to identify the differences between your pages and the sites that are ranking on the first page. For your content it may be on-page optimization content length, terms used or topics covered. By comparing, you’ll usually be able to identify something that you need to improve. You can also use the SEMrush content writing assistant to get this right.

After, that you also want to compare both of your internal and external backlinks. SEMrush has several tools to help you with this as well, for example, the backlink gap tool. Here, you can add your competitors URLs and SEMrush will find all the common links they have, but you don’t.

Or, you can also look at the particular pages to get an idea of the quantity and quality of links your competitors have. If you have better content than your competitors, then it shouldn’t be too hard for you to get the same links.

Take a note of everything that you need to get to page 1 on each keyword that you want to. I usually like to start with the ones closest, as they can have an impact the quickest.

Note down what they have that your page doesn’t in terms of content and links.

Step 3: Execute

The 3rd step is to execute and get everything on your list. Take a look at the differences noted in your content and improve it, until you have better content than the page 1 rankings.

For your links, you can try to mimic your competitors and get all the links they have.

You can even reach out to the sites linking to them and ask whether they can switch the links. I covered this in a little more detail in my SEMrush keyword research guide.

If they have many more internal links, then you can build internal links of course as well. The point is, you should try to do what your page 1 competitors are doing, but also improve it so that you eventually rank above them.

If you have better content, better and more links then Google will have no choice but to rank you.

3. Ranking For New Keywords

Finally, you can also repeat the entire process but with new keywords.

Again, it’s quite simple and only takes 3 steps that are almost identical.

  1. Find keywords
  2. Create content
  3. Build links

This time, we’re doing the exact same as last time, but instead of improving our content, we are creating it from scratch.

Step 1: Find The Keywords

The first step would be to find keywords.

There are many ways to do this which I have also covered in my SEMrush keyword research guide, but I’ll give you some quick ideas here.

  1. Insert competitors URL into domain analytics to find all their keywords
  2. Type some related keywords to your niche into the keyword magic tool, look at suggestions
  3. Look at keywords you rank for, but haven’t covered (then a separate page will probably perform well)

Again, if you would like more in-depth guidance on this, check out the guide I mentioned earlier.

Step 2: Create Content

The second step is to create the content, but you do want to analyze first to get an understanding of what Google wants. Take a look at the word length, common headings and terms used, so that you know what Google is looking for.

You can also use the SEMrush content writing assistant for this which will help you optimize your articles.

Again, the aim here should also be to do what’s working, even better.

Step 3: Build Links

Once you have your killer content written out, you’ll need to build links. In some cases, you won’t even need links but again, it depends on what your competitors have. If they have links, you’ll need them too.

The link building process here is the same, you can try the skyscraper technique (i.e reach out to sites linking to your competitors) or you could also do guest posts.

Why You Should Continuously Work On These Points

If you continuously work on improving your existing keywords and adding new pages that beat your competitors’, your traffic is going to explode over time.

You’ll build a lot of trust and authority and with time it will become easier to rank.

I recommend that you use SEMrush and work through each keyword that you want to rank for. If you do this, for 1-2 years, you’ll really start to grow your blog.

6 Best SEMrush Features For Bloggers – Grow Your Blog With SEMrush!

There is no doubt that SEMrush is a killer marketing tool for online businesses. However, it can be just as useful for bloggers that are looking to grow their audience.

In this article, we are going to take a look at the 6 best SEMrush features for bloggers to help you grow your blog. A lot of these features that we are going to be talking about can combine extremely well, but we’ll cover that in a little more detail throughout this article.

So, let’s take a look at how you can use SEMrush to grow your blog.

1. Keyword Magic Tool

The keyword magic tool is probably my favorite SEMrush feature, as it helps you spot new opportunities of SERPs that you can rank on. SEMrush will also accurately analyze how hard it is to rank, as well as how much competition there actually is.

Combined with the search volume data, you can then use this to find out which keywords are worth your time. The Keyword Magic tool will also give you several other keyword suggestions related to the terms that you type in which can also help you spark some ideas.

If you would like to go into a deeper analysis of the SERPs, you can also use the Keyword Magic Tool to do so. The tool will also show you other data like the SEMrush authority score or the backlinks to each particular page on the SERP which also helps you understand the difficulty.

I wrote an article a couple of months back about how to do keyword research for your blog posts which will help you find and analyze keywords.

2. Position Tracking

Position tracking

Tracking positions is essential to know how your site is performing. If you would try to track them manually, it would just be way too hard, especially if you have 100’s of keywords.

The good news is, when you use SEMrush you won’t need an external rank tracking tool. As a blogger, you probably have some keywords that you care about more than any others and some that you’re not really too bothered about.

What you can do in this case is track them all, but only highlight the ones that you care about. You can then use filters to find those keywords quickly and choose to only receive email notifications on those particular terms.

The reason I suggest you do this is that you probably post regularly. This means you’ll probably rank for hundreds if not thousands of keywords which would make it quite hard to keep an overview.

Either way, position tracking is another essential tool that helps you understand how your blog is doing so that you can take any actions if needed. Plus, it also helps you with detailed analytics for your positions, if you ever want to get deeper insights into your rankings.

3.  Backlink Analysis

SEMrush backlink analysis

SEMrush is great at helping you understand what type of backlinks you need to rank.

You can see all of your own &  competitors backlinks with tons of data. This will help you if you would like to rank for a particular term, as you can identify the links your competitors have, mimic them, and eventually get better ones as well.

You can also identify toxic or bad links that could damage your site using the backlink audit tool. After identifying them, you can double-check whether you would like to keep them or disavow them via Google search console.

There is also a range of other metrics that you can check such as:

  • Referring Domains count
  • Root domain count
  • Backlink count
  • Top used Anchor text

Combining the backlink tools inside of SEMrush with the keyword magic tool which we spoke about earlier allows you to find out exactly what it takes to rank.

4. Topic Research

Best semrush features for bloggers topic research

Finding out whether you can rank is not of much use unless you have a killer advantage in finding topics.

And, that’s exactly what SEMrush gives you with extensive topic research tools. The way it works is that you type in a topic or a keyword and SEMrush will show you dozens of ideas that you can use in your next few blog posts.

If you have ever used AnswertThePublic, SEMrush has the exact same but a lot more.

Using SEMrush you can also find previous articles that have done well i.e been shared a lot or gained a lot of links. You can use this as inspiration by analyzing why they have done so or you could potentially create a new post on the same topic, but make something even better.

If the first post did well and you create something even better, then chances are, your posts will perform well.

5. Writing Assistant & Content Template

SEMrush also helps you create content that will rank.

It does this by taking a look at what’s already ranking and taking patterns of what Google likes to see for the particular SERP. This includes things like word count, readability, headings, and keyword density. This is, of course, just a guideline but it helps you understand what is working at the moment.

If others are ranking, then you know that’s what Google is looking for. It will also show you some recommended keywords which your competition has commonly used.

This is just another feature to help you with a particular part of the blogging process which is writing optimized content.

6. Social Media Posting + Analyzing

semrush social media poster for bloggers

Something that I never even noticed up until a couple of months ago, was that SEMrush actually lets you post to your social media channels.

As a blogger, this can of course be really helpful as it lets you share your new blog posts to your social media channels. The social media tool also has detailed analytics (very detailed!). I’m pretty sure external social media tools don’t have analytics as detailed as this, as SEMrush lets you perform all kinds of tasks on social media too.

For example, you can look at your competitors’ posts and sort them by engagement. Now you just have to find out what makes the best posts so successful and can do the same for some of your future posts.

I like that SEMrush also helps you with the tasks indirectly related to SEO, Blogging, etc. as this way you don’t need to get an external tool for them.

How SEMrush Helps You With The Entire Blogging Process

The reason SEMrush is rated so highly among bloggers is that it helps you with the entire process of posting a new post. There isn’t another tool that does this. While some tools do one particular task well (for example, Ahrefs analyses backlinks well) SEMrush does it all, for the same price.

SEMrush pretty much holds your hand from the point where you are looking for content ideas to writing the content and analyzing results.

If you’re not quite sure what I mean by this, take a look at the steps below:

  1. Find content ideas (topic research)
  2. Analyze data to find opportunities (keyword magic tool)
  3. Analyze data to see difficulty (keyword magic tool + backlink checker)
  4. Write optimized content (writing assistant)
  5. Share content on social media (social media posting tool)
  6. Analyze results (backlink checker, position tracker, social media analyzer, etc)

This is the exact reason why SEMrush is the perfect tool for bloggers who:

  • Want to grow their blog
  • Work on their SEO themselves
  • Need help with the tasks around posting blog posts

What Is SEMrush?

SEMrush all in one seo tool

SEMrush is an all-in-one SEO tool founded by Dmitri Melnikov and Oleg Shchegolev in 2008.

Since then, with over 5,000,000 members, it has become one of the most popular tools for SEO and PPC on the market.

Plus, it’s even used by some of the biggest tech companies in the world including eBay, HP, and Quora.

What Is The Target Audience?

Thanks to the long list of features that SEMrush offers, the target audience is extremely broad.

This means you have a wide choice of audiences you can choose from when promoting SEMrush.

Here are the three main target audiences for SEMrush:

  • Businesses of all sizes that want to rank their websites
  • Bloggers/affiliates who want to rank their blogs/websites
  • Marketing agencies/Freelancers that use it for clients

Problems SEMrush Solves

The main problem SEMrush solves is not having enough data for PPC/SEO campaigns. It provides accurate and thorough data on search volume, backlinks, CPC, and many other useful metrics for your SEM campaigns.

However, it also solves a long list of other problems including:

  • Technical SEO errors
  • Not knowing where competitor’s are advertising
  • Not being able to optimize on-page correctly
  • Content ideas
  • Position Tracking

And a couple of other things too, but you get the point… SEMrush is the tool for businesses that want to take their SEO & PPC seriously.

If you would like to give it a try for yourself, you can check out the extended 14 trial which you can cancel any time (Yes, that’s an affiliate link).

Commissions, Payments & Sticky Cookie

Let’s talk money.

The SEMrush affiliate program is outstanding in this aspect. Not only does it offer high commissions, but it also has a killer sticky cookie and a low payment threshold.

Commissions

SEMrush is a SaaS tool and if you have been an affiliate for a SaaS tool before, you will know that they are often quite generous and pay 20-40% commissions.

And, SEMrush is no different. It pays big juicy 40% commissions, recurring commissions.

This means, if you refer someone and they pay $99 per month, you’re going to earn $39.98 per month. Not bad right?

Now, imagine you refer 100 people, suddenly you’re earning $3980 per month… pretty lucrative to say the least. Plus, if you refer some agencies or bigger businesses to SEMrush, they’re likely going to go on the bigger plans because of their needs, so you will earn even bigger commissions.

Of course, referring 100 people does not happen overnight and you will have to build up an audience first, but I just wanted to highlight what’s possible if you put the effort into promoting SEMrush consistently.

Also, it does depend on whether you make sales, so earnings are in no shape or form guaranteed, just like with any other affiliate program.

Payments & Threshold

The SEMrush affiliate program allows two payment methods which are PayPal and Wire Transfer.

For PayPal there is only a $50 threshold which is insanely low compared to other affiliate programs, especially considering the commission and price levels.

To put this into context, the Fiverr affiliate program which pays much smaller commissions has a PayPal threshold of $100.

SEMrush does have a $1000 threshold for Wire Transfer which is quite common. So, in the beginning, make sure to withdraw to PayPal as the Threshold is much lower.

Sticky Cookie

In case you don’t know what a Sticky cookie in affiliate marketing is, it’s a small file stored with the user once they click that credits the sale to you.

Now, while that cookie is there if they purchase SEMrush, the sale will be accredited to you.

Some affiliate programs don’t have sticky cookies, but SEMrush has a 10-year sticky cookie. This means, if you send somebody over to SEMrush and they purchase in that 10-year lifetime span of the sticky cookie, you’re going to earn the commission.

A 10-year sticky cookie is basically a lifetime sticky cookie. In this time, SEMrush will also run retargeting ads which will increase the likelihood of them purchasing SEMrush tremendously.

This is something I’m a big fan of, as it’s just going to make it so much easier to earn commissions.

Promotional Material

The promotional material is something that impressed me about the SEMrush affiliate program.

It has a huge (and I mean huge) selection of promotional material ranging from landing pages to free courses. And, it’s not like they just give you a couple of each type of promotional material, you get a huge selection.

The promotional material is not only available in English, but also in Spanish, German, French, and Russian.

Landing Pages/Links

Let’s start by talking about the landing pages and links that you can promote.

The selection is enormous and there is a landing page for each main feature that SEMrush has.

For example, if you want to promote SEMrush for the use of Keyword research, you can send your audience to this landing page:

I also like that the CTA is “Get Free Trial”, as that makes it compliant with GDPR and similar types of rules, as it doesn’t make a promise without the user getting a free trial.

They have landing pages like this one for all the main features such as (but not limited to):

  • Position tracking
  • Traffic Analysis
  • Backlink Analysis

Plus, they also have a wide range of other landing pages including blog posts, squeeze pages, and more. In case that wasn’t enough, you can also create deep links to any SEMrush page you wish.

In terms of deep links and landing pages that you can choose from, I must say SEMrush kills it.

Free Courses + E-Books

You don’t even have to create your own resources to promote SEMrush, as SEMrush has done it for you.

There are several free courses and E-books that you can send to your audience.

Once they arrive on any SEMrush page, they will be attributed to you if they purchase in the next 10 years, as we discussed earlier in the sticky cookie section.

This means if you give away these free resources using your affiliate link, for any user who clicks on them and later purchases SEMrush (even up to 10 years later), you will receive the commission.

The courses and E-books are on a variety of topics such as Keyword research and content marketing. They are also designed to promote the use of SEMrush and SEMrush will also retarget them with Facebook and Google Ads to increase conversions.

Again, I don’t think there is much more, that SEMrush could do to make it easier for affiliates.

Banners & Widgets

SEMrush does an outstanding job here too.

There are several banners that you can choose from, but what impresses me the most are the widgets that you can add to your sites.

Take a look at some of them and you will see why they convert well.

They have clear CTA’s and spark curiosity in your website visitor, so the conversions are often going to have much higher conversions than traditional banner ads.

Plus, all the widgets and banners come in a range of different colors to match your branding.

Offers & Campaigns

Lastly, we also have some offers and campaigns available to us.

Offers are available sometimes and as the name suggests are special offers that you can promote to your audience. It may be extended trials, discounts, or something along those lines.

Campaigns are components of the other promotional material suited to drive the user to one specific landing page. For example, there will be widgets, banners, and landing pages that all suit together which can help you optimize and target your campaigns as well as possible.

Here, take the example of the Content toolkit campaign below.

SEMrush affiliate program review content toolkit

Incentives/Competitions

Your earning potential doesn’t just come from the commissions you can earn.

On top of that, you can also earn from the incentives and competitions inside the SEMrush affiliate program. And, there’s a lot of them…

New incentives are added every month and when you’re new, you’re going to get some additional incentives to give you an added motivational boost.

For example, if you refer 5 sales (initial sales, not rebills) shortly after joining, there is a $1000 bonus. Not bad huh?

Other incentives and competitions for everyone usually include writing a specific piece of content and submitting it via email, the best ones can then win cash prizes. Winning pieces of content are also often shared on their social media channels to help you gain some exposure.

Again, the SEMrush affiliate program smashes it here as there are always incentives available. For example, right now in my SEMrush affiliate dashboard, there are 5 different incentives/Competitions I can take part in one of them has a $12,000 prize pool.

Support

I haven’t needed the support for the affiliate program, but I’m going to assume it’s pretty good. Why?

First of all, the general support for SEMrush is pretty with extremely responsive email support and also phone support.

Plus, when you make your first SEMrush affiliate sale, your affiliate manager reaches out to you and talks to you about how you can make the sales more consistent. A company that does this probably has great support measures in place, otherwise, they would not have the time to give affiliates fantastic support which they didn’t even ask for.

Where Can It Improve?

No matter how great something is, there is always room for improvement.

That’s why I’m going to name 3 key things where I think the SEMrush affiliate program can improve.

Don’t get me wrong, the SEMrush affiliate program does an outstanding job in every single aspect, but I just thought I would name a couple of things that could make it even better.

All of these are just potential improvements, there is a reason this section isn’t named “cons” or anything along those lines. I may even be a little harsh here, as the affiliate program is already excellent.

Educational Material for affiliates

Firstly, the educational material for affiliates. It’s got tons of material on SEO and content marketing already which of course will also help affiliates, but I feel like there could be more tailored specifically towards affiliates.

The education hub is packed with cool videos on content marketing and SEO, but once you go to the “affiliate marketing” section, you will find 5 blog posts, some videos, and some great webinars.

So, you do get some very decent material, especially combined with the SEO and content marketing material that is helpful for affiliates too.

However, I feel like there could be maybe some videos that explain to a beginner how to promote SEMrush to people who need it.

Or some additional videos that could help spark a beginner’s mind on angles they could use to promote SEMrush. Compared to the rest of the educational section it just feels a little emptier.

Yeah, I’m probably being a little harsh here, especially given that this is an affiliate program, not some affiliate marketing course.

However, SEMrush has set its standard to go above and beyond, so I’m just naming some potential improvements. That being said,  I’m a little affiliate and SEMrush is a globally-recognized leading SEM tool, so don’t take this too seriously.

Update: There will be more content coming in this section in particular, so this point is not as valid anymore.

Email Swipes

My next improvement idea is email swipes.

Personally, I never really use email swipes when affiliate programs have them, as I feel nobody knows your audience better than you. Plus, SEMrush will of course follow up with the leads you send over.

But the only reason I mention this is that other affiliate programs have them, so it’s something that could help their affiliates too.

Also, I guess it could be helpful for the affiliates that aren’t native English speakers but promote to an English audience. I imagine they would find the templates fairly useful as they could edit them a little and grab ideas from them.

Facebook Group?

Another potential small improvement for the SEMrush affiliate program is having a Facebook group for affiliates.

I know there is the SEMrush Facebook group for paid members, but I think creating one for affiliates would not be a bad idea either.

Here the affiliate managers could update affiliates with news, monthly contests, and whatever else is suited.

Plus, the affiliates that have YouTube channels or host webinars could network together, help each other grow, and potentially have each other on as guests.

Again, it’s just an idea that could be a potential improvement. I must admit, I don’t even use Facebook groups a lot, but I feel like this is something that could add value to this already fantastic affiliate program.

Update: There is a Facebook Page and a Twitter account where news is shared, so this point is also not as valid anymore.

5 Ways To Promote SEMrush

As I did promise at the beginning of this SEMrush affiliate program review, I will also show you 5 ideas on how you can promote SEMrush.

Hopefully, they will spark some ideas on how you can promote SEMrush, as the commissions are great and the tool itself is even better.

1. Educating Your Audience Using a Course

The first and probably also the best converting way to promote SEMrush is through creating a course.

Doing so, you educate your audience on how to use SEMrush to gain the maximum benefits. Once your audience has the benefits in front of their eyes and a clear path on how to obtain them, why wouldn’t they join SEMrush?

Think about the problems SEMrush solves and the audience that has these problems. Now create a course showing those people how to solve those problems using SEMrush.

You can even use one of the courses SEMrush already has inside of their promotional material if you don’t want to create on yourself.

This way the only thing you have to do is send the right kind of people into the course.

Also, a good example of somebody who used a course to promote SEMrush is Craig Campbell SEO.

He created an entire course on building links and uploaded it on his YouTube channel.

In one of the videos (the one below), he educates his audience on how to use SEMrush and the benefits it brings.

He didn’t just create that one video, he gave away an entire course that helped his audience with link-building, something a lot of people struggle with.

By the way, if you’re someone who is into SEO, I highly recommend subscribing to Craig’s YouTube channel, as it is packed with valuable videos.

The video above is just a good example of how educating an audience on how to solve their problems/gain benefits through using SEMrush can work well.

2. Resource Page on Your Website and Banners

A simple, yet effective way to promote SEMrush is in the recommended resources page of your website.

I have been meaning to set one up for myself, but I’m terrible at using Elementor and haven’t got round to it yet.

Anyway, if you have a website or even a social media page, setting up a recommended resource page can work extremely well too. Name the purpose/benefits of the tool and some people browsing that page might just pick up a trial.

It’s simple but can earn you some great commissions.

The same goes for banners and the awesome widgets SEMrush provides. I haven’t tested them out yet, as only a part of the audience on this blog is into SEO and blogging, but I might do.

However, if you have an audience into SEO, blogging, PPC, or similar topics, definitely give those tools a shot, as they can help you earn some nice commissions.

3. Informational Content

Promoting SEMrush through informational content can work well too.

This could be YouTube videos, blog posts, webinars, or any type of content that educates the user. It works similarly to the free course method I mentioned earlier, as it educates the user on how they can obtain a benefit by using SEMrush.

If you would like to see an example of this, you can check out my post on how to do keyword research for blog posts which promotes SEMrush.

4. Reviews, Comparisons & Rankings

People looking for reviews, comparisons, and rankings of SEO tools are interested in SEO tools.

This means content like this converts extremely well, although you should be aware that it’s usually quite competitive too.

That being said, it’s worth it because of the buyer intent which means high conversions.

This type of content includes:

  • Reviews (i.e SEMrush review)
  • Comparisons (i.e SEMrush vs other SEO tools)
  • Best Rankings (i.e Best SEO tools for…)

Again, it’s just another solid way of promoting SEMrush which you can consider.

5. Paid Advertising

As we mentioned earlier, SEMrush has some pretty juicy commissions which will usually earn you at least $39.98 per month for every paid user that you refer to SEMrush.

With commissions this high, it’s very much possible to promote SEMrush with paid ads.

While you of course can’t advertise your affiliate link directly, you can create a bridge page or maybe combine paid traffic with the free course method we mentioned earlier.

Usually, recurring sales on SEMrush will last for years, as it’s a software that helps businesses grow, so if you’re spending $30-$50 per trial, you could be extremely profitable. Every time you make a sale, you will earn at least $39.88 per month.

Some great advertising channels to consider are:

  • Facebook Ads
  • Google/YouTube Ads
  • Pinterest Ads
  • Quora Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads

I just thought I would highlight the opportunity to use paid ads with this affiliate program, as they can work great thanks to the high commissions SEMrush offers.

This isn’t the case for all affiliate programs, for example, you couldn’t do this with Amazon’s affiliate program which pays 1-10%.

SEMrush Affiliate Program Review: Conclusion

SEMrush offers one of the best affiliate programs with great commissions and a huge selection of promotional material. If you put the effort in and come up with a decent strategy, you’re likely going to be off to a good start with the SEMrush affiliate program.

There are also many different potential audiences for this SaaS tool, so you have a lot of opportunities to promote it to an audience that you understand well.

Overall, I would rate it a solid 9/10 as it performs well in every aspect an affiliate program can perform well in.

If you have any questions regarding the affiliate program, feel free to leave a comment and I will get back to you within 12-24 hours.

Free Autoresponder For Affiliate Marketing! (We Finally Have One!)

Email marketing is extremely important for affiliate marketing.

It allows affiliates to stay connected with their leads which also helps them generate repeat business.

When you’re just starting out, you might be looking for a free autoresponder for affiliate marketing. Now, up until recently there wasn’t a free option available, at least not one I knew of.

However, recently an existing autoresponder that allows affiliate marketing has come out and added a free plan.

This means, there is now a free autoresponder for affiliate marketing.

Free Autoresponder For Affiliate Marketing

Free Autoresponder For Affiliate Marketing

Up until recently Aweber used to start at $19 per month, however, they are actually offering a free plan now.

What’s inside?

  • Autoresponder
  • Unlimited Landing Pages
  • Email Templates
  • Up to 500 contacts

As you can see, the Aweber free plan is everything you need to get going with Affiliate marketing. It even comes with landing pages!

Join Aweber For FREE! (Seriously Free, forever.)

Of course, as it’s completely free, there are going to be a couple of limitations.

The main one being no behavior-based automation sequences.

For example, if you send an email, you can’t make it resend automatically based on whether they opened it or clicked a link.

But, hey it’s free, so you can’t complain.

Anything Else You Need To Know?

Not really, but you should make sure you are using a custom domain when sending emails.

The reason for this is if you are using a Gmail email to send automated emails, the emails will go straight to spam.

A custom domain will cost $10 or so, but if you don’t have a custom domain nobody is going to even see your emails.

If nobody sees your emails, then, nobody is going to open them or buy from you.

Best Practises For Getting Your Emails Delivered?

As you are looking for a free autoresponder for affiliate marketing, I am going to assume you are quite new.

For that reason, I just wanted to give you a little guidance on getting your emails delivered into the inbox which is really important for the reasons I mentioned earlier.

  1. Use a Custom Domain
  2. Test your emails & Tweak them
  3. Don’t send spammy emails
  4. Don’t use super-fancy templates
  5. Clean your list regularily

What Free Autoresponders For Affiliate Marketing Are Available?

Aweber is the only free autoresponder for affiliate marketing. Although MailerLite and MailChimp are free, they do not allow affiliate marketing.

This means, if you are looking for a free autoresponder for affiliate marketing, Aweber is your only option.

What Other Autoresponders For Affiliate Marketing Are Good?

Here are some other autoresponders that are good too, but they are not free.

  • GetResponse
  • ConvertKit
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Kartra
  • SendLane

If you want to read a full article on them, read: 6 Best Autoresponders For Affiliate Marketing

But, keep in mind they are not free, unlike Aweber.

Where To Find Free Traffic For Your Email List

Because you wanted a free autoresponder, I am guessing you want free traffic too.

So, here are some places you can find free traffic:

  • Facebook Groups
  • Reddit & Other Forums
  • Twitter
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest

When you’re starting out, I recommend just giving away a lead magnet to get people to opt-in to your list.

You can aim to get 10 people per day into the list per day by messaging or just engaging with people on the channels above. After 30 days, you will then have an email list of around 300 people per day which is great.

Free Autoresponder For Affiliate Marketing vs Paid: What’s The Difference?

The difference between a free autoresponder and a paid autoresponder other than the price are the features.

Here are some features you will only find in paid autoresponders:

But, some beginners who are just starting out might not need these, so the free autoresponder for affiliate marketing option Aweber, might work too.

Final Thoughts

As you can see, we do finally have a free autoresponder for affiliate marketing.

Yes, it’s not quite advanced and it does not offer all the features paid autoresponders do, but that’s why it’s free.

Considering it’s free, you really can’t complain, so why not give it a go?

Why I Recommend Savage Affiliates 2.0

I am a big fan of Savage Affiliates 2.0. which is obviously the affiliate marketing course from Franklin Hatchett’s courses.

By no means am I saying you should get it if you want to Dropshipping, then, of course, go for E-com Elites.

But, if you’re stuck between Dropshipping or affiliate marketing, I would recommend going for Savage affiliates 2.0 as it requires a much smaller budget and you have more options.

There are many success stories from complete beginners which is always great too.

Plus, there are 30 hours of video training for just $197, I don’t think you will find that sort of value anywhere else.

When I joined Savage Affiliates 2.0 last year, I was only really interested in the SEO part, I didn’t really watch anything else.

Since then, it has been updated quite a lot too, but I have been extremely busy with my blogs, so I haven’t actually watched the new parts, but I have been told they are great too.

For me, it was more than worth it, I learned some great tips around OFF-Page SEO, link-building especially and getting premium links.

I also gave the account password to a friend to watch a little of it and he actually helps me on most of my sites now and has a great understanding of SEO and building websites.

So, if you’re looking for a low-cost course to get you started with affiliate marketing, I highly recommend Savage Affiliates 2.0 as it’s a great course.

Final Thoughts on Franklin Hatchett Courses

As you can see, both Savage Affiliates 2.0 and E-Com Elites are some of the best affiliate marketing courses.

Franklin Hatchett started off as an affiliate and has grown over 5 very successful blogs and of course his 320K subscriber YouTube channel, so he is a true expert when it comes to Affiliate marketing and content creation.

But, of course, he has also had great success in Dropshipping which is also shown by his feature in Entrepreneur magazine where he was described as an E-Commerce expert.

So, I would recommend picking between one of the courses and start building your online business!

Refund Policies

Before we continue, I just wanted to make the refund policies clear, as you should be aware of them.

Keep in mind these are just SUMMARIES of the refund policies, so you should take a look at the T&C’s yourself for more info.

Commission Hero has a strange refund policy.

You can only request a refund after 12 months for a 7 day period.

This is so that they can be sure the student was serious about starting.

Just make sure you are aware of this when purchasing.

There is a 30-day ACTION-based money-back guarantee for Savage Affiliates.

Here is what the student has to have done in order to gain a refund:

  • The member has logged into the training at least once. (We check this so you don’t need to do anything here)
  • The member has watched at least 50% of the training. (We check this so you don’t need to do anything here)
  • The member has joined the private Facebook group. (We check this so you don’t need to do anything here)
  • The member has made an effort to Start a live Website or Youtube Channel or blog or funnel or any other type of website or funnel we teach in this training.

What’s Taught Inside of Commission Hero?

Commission Hero is primarily focused on Facebook Ads, but also teaches some related topics.

Of course, email marketing and building landing pages are key for affiliate marketing with Facebook Ads, so those topics are heavily taught too.

But, it also touches on Snapchat ads which can work great too.

It does also explain briefly how to find affiliate products outside of ClickBank, but the main focus of affiliate programs is ClickBank.

These are the only topics the course teaches, but it teaches them extremely well.

Robby Blanchard is the #1 ClickBank affiliate and from all the affiliate marketing courses out there, his students get some of the best results.

However, note that you will need at least $20 per day to spend on Facebook Ads and $99 per month to spend on software.

What’s Taught Inside of Savage Affiliates?

Savage Affiliates 2.0 is more of a complete affiliate marketing course in the sense that it teaches pretty much every main method you need to know.

This includes:

  • SEO/Blogging
  • YouTube
  • Landing pages
  • Email marketing
  • Amazon Associates
  • Solo Ads
  • Clickbank
  • Launch Jacking
  • Facebook Group
  • ClickFunnels module (Only in Upsell)
  • Done-for-you campaigns (Only in Upsell)

As you can see, you will get some strong knowledge in pretty much all the affiliate marketing methods there are.

Inside of Savage Affiliates, you do also get some done-for-you campaigns which you can use, so for those of you that like minimum amounts of work this could be a great option.

However, if you do decide to join Savage Affiliates I would like to make one thing clear.

This course teaches you so much that it’s quite easy to get overwhelmed by all of the content.

So, you should just stick to one method and one method only.

Of course, you can switch between methods (a little) to find the best option for you, but you don’t want to try and start all of these different methods at once.

Franklin has done a fantastic job teaching every method, but you need to focus to succeed in any of them. If you would like a full review of it, check out my Savage affiliates review

How Much Money Do You Need To Start The Methods In Each Course?

Of course, affiliate marketing is a business, so you should take into account how much money you will need to start it.

Let’s take a look at how much you will need.

Commission Hero

As I did mention earlier to follow Robby Blanchard’s course you will need at least $20 per day for Ads and $99 per month for the software.

You would be looking at around $700 per month in total, but you should be able to see returns fairly quickly (usually around 30-60 days).

Where did I get these numbers from?

Robby Blanchard says it himself in one of his ads; “You can start this from anywhere from $20 per day”.

You may be able to get away with a little less, but I am not sure.

Savage Affiliates 2.0

On the flip side, Franklin teaches many different methods, so it depends on the method.

Some methods such as YouTube don’t require any money at all (other than video editing software, but even that can be found for free).

Likewise, SEO blogging can be started for practically $0, as you would only need hosting.

However, I would personally recommend a budget from at least $30 per month for better results.

If you want to do anything with paid ads, there would be a similar budget needed as Commission hero ($10 – $20 per day).

How Much Do They Cost?

As I did mention in the brief overview of both Savage Affiliates and Commission Hero, there is a significant pricing difference between both courses.

Commission Hero Pricing

Commission Hero only has one main pricing plan, but there is one upsell.

  • Commission Hero Standard $997
  • “The Inner Circle” – $297 per month

Inside of the standard Commission Hero, you get access to all of the video training and modules mentioned earlier.

But, there is one upsell which is a coaching program.

It’s called “The Inner Circle” and it’s basically a group coaching program with some of Robby’s Campaigns.

I’m not a member of this myself, but here’s what you receive from my understanding:

  • Robby’s Campaigns (including Facebook audiences)
  • Weekly live streams where he answers your questions.
  • Another separate Facebook Group

Is it worth it? Probably, I mean you get his campaigns and even the Facebook audiences.

But, it is annoying getting a $297 upsell pitched to you after you just spent $997 on a course, so I thought I should warn you here.

Savage Affiliates Pricing

Savage Affiliates also has one main pricing plan and one upsell.

  • Standard Savage Affiliates $197
  • Upsell $97

What’s inside of the upsell?

  • Done-for-you funnels ready to use (with emails)
  • Entire module about ClickFunnels

Is it worth it? If you want to promote ClickFunnels, yes!

There are four done-for-you funnels which promote a variety of products from ClickBank or ClickFunnels.

The beauty of these campaigns is that you can take them and promote them any way you like.

Benefits of Commission Hero

Let’s talk over the benefits of Commission Hero vs Savage Affiliates.

  • Laser-focused on one method can increase the success rate
  • Taught by a true expert of Facebook Ads
  • Very results-driven (which has a bad effect on the refund policy)

Benefits of Savage Affiliates

Here are some of the benefits of Savage Affiliates vs Commission Hero:

  • Much lower-priced ($197 vs $997)
  • More content
  • Teaches much more than how to promote ClickBank products
  • Teaches many more methods, so you can find something that works for you
  • Taught by a true content creation and YouTube ads expert
  • Better refund policy

Commission Hero vs Savage Affiliates: Key Differences

Here are the key differences between Savage affiliates and Commission Hero:

  • Savage Affiliates is significantly lower-priced.
  • Commission Hero only focuses on paid ads such as Facebook, while Savage Affiliates teaches other traffic too.
  • Savage Affiliates has a better refund policy.
  • Commission Hero can be less overwhelming compared to Savage Affiliates
  • The methods taught inside of Commission Hero need a bigger investment

Which One Is Better For You?

This is entirely dependant on you.

But, I would say if Facebook Ads is what you want to specialize in, go for Robby Blanchard’s Commission Hero.

I know quite a lot of people inside of Savage Affiliates and very few of them do anything with Facebook Ads.

Mostly, they are all bloggers with a couple of YouTubers too.

This is because the main part of Franklin Hatchet’s training is focused on content creation.

But, at the same time, if you want to learn about content creation, ClickFunnels or you’re not sure yet, I would recommend going for Savage Affiliates.

If you’re still unsure after this, leave a comment below and I will be sure to help you out.

Who Takes The Crown?

Overall, it’s going to have to be Franklin Hatchett’s Savage Affiliates.

He simply has a course that is 5x lower the price with more content.

Sorry, Robby.

But, if you’re looking to learn Facebook Ads, you should go for Robby’s Commission Hero.

Robby Blanchard is simply the best at Facebook Ads, so if that’s what you want to specialize in, you should learn from him.

If this battle would be just looking at the Facebook Ads training though, Robby Blanchard’s course would beat this training and probably any other affiliate marketing with Facebook Ads Training out there.

Final Thoughts

As you have seen throughout this comparison, both Savage affiliates and Commission Hero are one of the best affiliate marketing courses.

Although I have declared Franklin Hatchett’s Savage Affiliates as the winner, Commission Hero may be a better option for you.

If you want to learn Facebook Ads, then it definitely is.

But, overall they are both great courses and the content inside is content that can get you results if you put in the effort.

How To Blog in a Competitive Niche (and Succeed) | The Definite Guide

The most competitive niches are usually the most popular niches too (Common sense, right?).

But, with popularity also comes the risk of getting buried under all the noise.

Not only is it a risk, it probably happens to a majority of blogs in these niches.

Of course, some go inactive for personal reasons like just not feeling it anymore, but that’s also often down to the blog not going anywhere.

In this article, we are going to take a look at how you can succeed in blogging in a competitive niche and whether it’s worth it.

Competitive blog niches | Blogging in a competitive niche

Blogging in a Competitive Niche

Blogging in a competitive niche has it’s advantages and disadvantages, just like with anything else.

But, the advantages and disadvantages are a little more extreme. This means, you can’t have a bad blogging strategy!

While you hear stories of blogs such as Mashable earning $3.33 million per month, you also often hear about blogs who just can’t get their blog off the ground.

This is due to a large amount of interest, as well as a large number of creators.

What are some competitive niches?

  • Health
  • Fitness
  • Wealth
  • Software
  • Tech
  • Self-help

You can probably count a few more, but I just listed a couple of examples.

Blogging in any of the niches named above can be hard and it’s something you must think about before starting.

Does that mean, you can’t succeed anymore? Not at all.

In fact, I would guess that the average potential in one of these niches is higher than in most other niches.

Let’s take a look at how you can reach as close to that potential as possible.

Start Small & Make Steps

My first tip is to start small and make steps.

When starting your blog, you will want to start off with the lowest competition keywords and work your way up.

While you haven’t yet built up your authority and content relevance, you should go for the low-competition keywords.

Once you have built up your authority and content relevance, you can go for the higher-competition keywords.

By working your way up, you can grow consistently.

Product Reviews

My next tip is to create product (or anything else) reviews.

Hear me out on this one.

Let’s say, you’re in the weight-loss niche.

Imagine trying to rank for “how to lose weight”… Impossible.

Now, imagine trying to rank a review for a ton of different weight-loss E-books and maybe some supplements… Doable. Why?

Because there are so many.

But, the intent of the people you’re reaching is quite similar. Someone interested in a weight-loss E-book is interested in losing weight.

This goes back to starting off small, as you can start with less popular E-books or supplements.

If they’re less popular, then there will be less reviews on them, meaning less competition.

From here, you can gradually build up your different keywords and content relevance.

Find Sub-Niches

Every popular niche has hundreds of sub-niches.

Sub-niches that you can dig into, cover the best, and rank for.

If you’re just covering the most generic parts of a niche that everyone has already heard thousands of times,  you will find it hard to get anyone to listen to you.

But, if you cover sub-niches which the bigger guys’ have not covered as well, people interested will come flying.

Find Long-Tail Keywords

I feel like finding long-tail keywords is the most generic advice you hear everywhere.

But, it’s true.

Long-tail keywords are great, especially if they have some buyer-intent.

The way I like to find long-tail keywords for affiliate sites at least is taking a look at the problems that product solves.

Now, put yourself into the perspective of a potential customer and use Google to search about that problem.

Google will also show you suggestions and if Google shows you suggestions, that means people are sometimes searching for that keyword.

Play around with it, you can often find a mix of keywords that you can then cover which haven’t really been covered well before. If you are looking for long tail keywords, there are some great all-in-one SEO tools to help you do so.

SEO, Networking & Link-Building

Whatever your preferred method of traffic is, do it properly.

If your main focus is on getting traffic from Google, then take your SEO seriously.

Don’t just do your on-page SEO, but also your off-page (and of course, good keyword research!).

Google has 200 ranking factors and you should aim to give Google the best overall result, not just in terms of content or links.

Of course, maybe you have a blog that just focuses on using social media for traffic, which is fine also.

But, the point is the same.

For example, if you’re using Pinterest as your main source, make sure to join Group boards and post pins frequently.

You can do this by networking and putting into the effort.

The point is to give your preferred traffic method what it wants.

Mix Your Content Up & Be Different

The next tip is quite generic too, but it’s also true.

If you want people to come and read your content, you have to give them a reason too by being different.

Otherwise, they can just go to every other blogger in your niche.

Post different types of content, test different types of content, and be different from the other blogs in your niche.

Own Your Audience & Keep Them

You can use whatever traffic methods you want, but you should also own and keep your audience.

If you don’t, you risk losing them at any given moment.

One algorithm change, they are gone.

Plus, by owning your audience you can always make them come back in the future.

What do I mean by owning your audience?

Having them on platforms that you own which can’t disappear overnight.

That could be an email list, push notifications, membership sites, and similar platforms where you do not depend on any platform.

It’s a lot easier to grow your blog if you keep your older readers.

Think of it like a snowball. The snowball needs the older snow to stick so that it can get bigger.

Your blog is the same.

Be Consistent

If you’re in a competitive niche, it will take time for you to:

  • build your authority & trust
  • build your audience
  • build connections

If you’re not consistent in that time, then you will probably never build those things.

Nothing special happens overnight.

Don’t Be Afraid To Invest Some Money

Niches that are competitive are usually competitive because they are profitable.

If they are profitable, I guarantee that the people you are competing with are investing a decent amount of money.

In a profitable niche, you will make it back anyway, alongside some profit.

So, don’t be afraid to invest some money, as you’re essentially running a business.

The returns might not be overnight, but in the long term, they should be significant (assuming you are smart with your investments).

Tip: The best investments, in the beginning, is anything that helps you grow.

Should You Blog in a Competitive Niche?

Maybe. It depends on you.

If you’re in a competitive niche, you need to be prepared to put in the effort to get your blog going.

Maybe it’s an excessive amount of content/promotion or just annoying link-building outreach, but usually, you will need to put in more work than in other niches.

Plus, you also need to be willing to evolve and learn.

Blogs in competitive niches learn and evolve fast.

They are constantly competing which is causing them to learn more, do more, and evolve quickly.

If you can’t match that effort, then going in a competitive niche will be pretty tough.

Final Thoughts

Blogging in a competitive niche can be hard, but worth it if you put in enough effort.

The monetization opportunities in these niches are usually huge, so once you get off the ground… you get off the ground properly.

But, just remember to stick through it in the beginning, else there is not much point in even starting.

Is Clickfunnels Affiliate Program Free? | Everything You Need To Know

You have probably heard a lot about the ClickFunnels affiliate program.

But, is ClickFunnels affiliate program free?

Well, in this article, we are going to be taking a beginner-friendly look at ClickFunnels’ affiliate program to help you get a better understanding of it.

Not just at whether it’s free, but I will also show you the different commission levels and give you some tips on getting approved.

Is ClickFunnels affiliate program free?

Is ClickFunnels Affiliate Program Free?

Yes, the ClickFunnels affiliate program is free. There are no charges for joining the ClickFunnels affiliate program.

However, there are three different commission levels and you must be approved after a manual check to get on the higher levels.

How Much Do You Earn As A ClickFunnels Affiliate?

Let’s take a look at the three commission levels available for ClickFunnels’ affiliates.

You have probably seen the big juicy 40% been advertised everywhere, but that’s not what you will be getting as a new ClickFunnels affiliate.

ClickFunnels affiliate program up to

Up until I believe it was around the beginning of last year, everyone received 40%.

Then, they introduced the 30% commission level, and later on, they introduced the 20% commission level.

Three Commission Levels

  • 20%

The first commission level is 20% and this level I believe anyone can create an account for.

You shouldn’t need any manual approval to get onto this level.

If you’re on this tier, you can promote all products by Russel, apart from the actual ClickFunnels software.

However, if your referral after purchasing a previous product joins ClickFunnels, you will earn a 20% recurring commission credited by the sticky cookie.

  • 30%

Next, we have ClickFunnels’ 30% commission level.

Here, you can actually start promoting ClickFunnels yourself.

To get into this level, you have to manually request approval, made $1,000 in 30 days, and completed the affiliate Bootcamp.

  • 40%

Finally, we have  ClickFunnels’ 40% commission which you see advertised everywhere.

To get to this level, you have to have referred 40 active members.

By active, it is meant that you have 40 members paying for their subscription in the last 30 days.

How To Get Approved As a ClickFunnels Affiliate (For 30% & Up)

I have recently written an article on getting approved for affiliate programs, but the main point is your online presence.

What ClickFunnels wants to see is you have a strong online presence and that you can actually help them make sales.

So, you need proof of that.

Show them how you have ETHICALLY been promoting ClickFunnels, your $1,000 in 30 days and that’s it.

If you can’t show them this, then they will not approve you for the affiliate program.

You can sign up for the ClickFunnels affiliate program here.

The Better Alternative

Kartra png

I just want to show you an alternative which is better in my opinion.

This alternative is Kartra.

It’s not just better from an affiliates point of view, but it’s also a better product.

Why Is It Better?

Here are the reasons why Kartra’s affiliate program is better.

  • Better product
  • 40% commissions for everyone
  • It’s new & evolving

Better Product

First of all, we have the fact that it’s a better product.

It simply has a lot more features, while having less technical issues.

Here are just some of the features inside of Kartra that are not in ClickFunnels:

  • Helpdesks
  • Video Hosting
  • Behavior-adapted marketing
  • Better autoresponder
  • Calendars
  • Better reporting
  • Much nicer templates
  • More page styles & templates

So, Kartra has a much better product than ClickFunnels, which of course, makes it nicer and easier to promote.

40% Commissions… For EVERYONE!

With Kartra, everyone gets 40% commissions, not just certain affiliates.

As soon as you get approved, you are able to earn a 40% commission on every sale that you make.

No shifting between 20%, 30%, or any other numbers, you get 40%.

It’s New & Evolving

The next reason, it’s better is because it’s new and evolving.

How does this benefit you as the affiliate?

Kartra Is New

Kartra was only launched in 2018.

If a product is new and still gaining traction, you can get a big piece of the cake.

Take a look at all the affiliates who jumped on ClickFunnels early 2017-18 and prior, the ones who stayed consistent did really well.

If you’re promoting through SEO or YouTube, you can start working on all the different keywords now, and once Kartra really blows up (next 2 years), you will get a huge spike of traffic and revenue.

Kartra Is Evolving

Kartra is a product by Genesis Digital.

And, Genesis Digital is a company that evolves extremely quickly.

This is also why their other products, EverWebinar and WebinarJam are so popular.

They are constantly adding new features and seeing what can be done to make the product better.

I Like Their Funnel Process More

This may just be me, but personally I like their funnel process a lot more. Why?

Firstly, the trial costs $1 and I have found this increases the conversions, as the customer has already committed to Kartra.

Humans want to be consistent with their choices and when they make a commitment, they are more likely to stick to it.

Plus, their trial also has an exit-pop up for a 30-day trial, if you use the right link.

If you don’t use the right link, there won’t be a trial and the exit pop-up will be a 14-day trial.

But, again, this increases conversions.

Final Thoughts

Hopefully, this article has been helpful to your understanding of the ClickFunnels affiliate program.

You can always give both funnel builders a try, see which one you like best and then become an affiliate for that product.

Or, you can even become an affiliate for both.

Personally, I just prefer Kartra a lot more.
